MMDesign
Studio International, Inc., was founded in 1993 and is focused on
creating innovative CD and DVD storage solutions for customers. With
the explosion of CD-ROM, audio, video and data disks, the founders
realized that end-users would soon need a more efficient and effective
means of storing and cataloging these disks.Not
only are the jewel cases large and bulky, but it is nearly impossible
to organize these cases in a way that makes them immediately retrievable.
MMDesign solved the problem of CD and DVD storage with the development
of their flagship product, DiscSox.
By 1994, MMDesign launched the sale of DiscSox over the Internet
and saw product sales jump significantly. The site provides customers
with detailed product information, customer testimonials, "before
and after" photos, FAQs, and application examples.
Policies
Customers
use the site free of registration requirements and are provided
with contact information in case they have questions on the product
or
company. Orders may be placed by phone, fax, e-mail, or electronically
through a secure server, and customer information (i.e., user
e-mail addresses) is maintained on a completely private basis.
