or the like (collectively, "associates") warrant that

Prices and availability are subject to change
without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and MMDesign
reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any
errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been
submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MMDesign will issue
a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability –
DiscSox Products
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied
with your DiscSox products, return your merchandise within 30 days
of receipt, and you will receive a complete refund, less shipping
charges. Merchandise must be received in its original condition
for a complete refund. MMDesign will not be responsible for any
damages resulting from the use of DiscSox products.
Quantities May be Limited
MMDesign may, at its own discretion, limit or
cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided
should such changes occur. We reserve the right to limit the quantities
sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders
that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right,

For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment
method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy
and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your
order being canceled include limitations on quantities available
for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information,
or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verifications or information before
accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of
your order is canceled or if additional information is required
to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit
card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card
in the amount of the charge. Items on backorder will be charged
separately at the time they are shipped.

States of America. As such, the laws of the State of California
will govern these Terms of Service without giving effect to any
principles or conflicts of laws.
