DiscSox® Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a DiscSox product, you may return it within 45 days of the original purchase date. The return period begins with the day you receive your order. We do not offer exchanges. CLEARANCE items are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

Applies to all items EXCEPT Media Cabinets, and SoxChests (see below)

  • Pack your return items in the original box if possible
  • Include a copy of your sales receipt and provide the following information:
    • Indicate the reason for your return
    • Identify which item/s and the quantity of each you are returning

  • Please send all returns to:

For proof of delivery and to protect against shipping damage, we recommend that you insure your return items.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the original order was the result of our error. In that case we will arrange for UPS to pick up your return and UPS will provide a shipping label.
Please do not return items COD.  Any charges for COD will be deducted from the refund amount.


Only items in original packaging, and in saleable condition will be issued a credit.  Items that have been damaged by return shipping, customer use or abuse are non-refundable.

Credit Card Refunds

  • Refunds for returned items will be issued within 7 business days from the date we receive the return. Refunds will be posted to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Check Refunds

  • A check issued by G3 for the refund amount will be mailed to the customer after 2-4 days from the date we receive the return.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees except for the products listed below.

A 15% restocking fee applies to the following items:

  • All ATA and Heavy Duty Cases
  • All SoxChests
  • All Media Cabinets

Special Offer Returns

Free Gifts

  • To receive a full refund, you must also return the free gift. If the free item is not returned, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Kit Purchases

  • You can return an item that was originally part of a kit. In most cases a discount was applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price had you purchased the item individually.

Volume Discounts

  • If you are returning part of a purchase that qualified for a volume discount and the remaining number of items does NOT qualify for a volume discount anymore, then the volume discount received will be subtracted from the refund amount of the item being returned. You will be refunded the full price of the items returned minus the entire volume discount of the original purchase.

Damaged Items

Should you receive any products damaged in transit (UPS or USPS) please retain all original packing materials and product.  Because we have a limited amount of time to file a claim with either UPS or USPS, either contact us via email or call G3 (1-888-347-2769) within 3 days of receiving your package to report the damage, and we will instruct you of the next steps.

Orders Lost In Transit

After tracking a UPS package, you discover it has become lost in transit, please call G3 (1-888-347-2769) to report.  After contacting UPS on your behalf, we find that UPS is responsible for the lost package, we will send you a replacement order, and file a claim with UPS.

Defective Or Shorted Items

Please call G3 (1-888-347-2769) to report any defective products or items shorted in order, and we will send replacements, or the missing items immediately.
